After reaching a healthy weight you want, you need to return to a normal diet slowly as possible to avoid the influence of diet. You reintroduce foods you previously avoided (bread, rice, pasta, cheese, etc.) gradually, for 10 days for every kilogram that disappear from your body.
When the consolidation period passed, and your weight stabilizes, you are free to eat and drink whatever you like. You may eat normally with the application of two rules: set one day a week to eat pure protein (preferably on Thursdays) for life, and eating three tablespoons of oats and wheat bran every day.
